    Will I receive the exact mini shown?

    The photos show examples of our previous work. Every mini is individually finished by hand, so your piece will be unique and may vary slightly while staying within your selected animal and overall style.

    What can I choose?

    You choose the animal model and overall style on the product page. Our artist then creates the tiny finishing details individually by hand.

    Can I request exact colors or decorations?

    Your selections guide the overall look, but exact colors, bows, flowers, pearls and other small decorations are chosen by the artist. This surprise element is what makes every mini one of a kind.

    How long does it take?

    Each mini is handmade to order. Current processing time is approximately 5–8 business days before shipping. Delivery time is additional and depends on your location.

    How large is the mini?

    Each mini is approximately 1.6 in / 4 cm. The exact size may vary slightly depending on the animal model.

    How should I care for it?

    Squeeze gently and keep your mini away from sharp objects, excessive heat, and open flames. Store it in a clean place when not in use. Store it in a clean place when not in use. 

    Gently rinse with clean water when needed. Avoid scrubbing, soaking, twisting, or pulling the decorations. Remove surface water gently and allow the mini to air-dry completely.

    Is this a children's toy?

    No. This is a handmade collectible recommended for ages 14+. It contains small parts, is not intended for children under 3 and should never be placed in the mouth.
